How it works:

Radiant Barrier

The material is high-tech but the concept is simple. Our SolaShield Radiant Barrier reflects the heat from the sun that hits your roof. So less heat gets in your house.
Our highly-reflective paint is also used in the aerospace industry to shield sensitive equipment from intense engine heat. We use rocket science to save you money!

We spray our radiant barrier on the inside of your attic to reflect the sun’s heat.

How it works:

Attic Insulation

Did you know that warm air moves to cold air? Part of what makes our Efficient Attic System so effective is correctly-installed insulation. It keeps the air between your attic and your air-conditioned living spaces separate.
By decreasing this heat transfer, attic insulation lowers your energy costs and puts less strain on your heating and cooling system. Our customers love to discover that the added insulation often makes their homes quieter, too!

Your attic insulation is a barrier that keeps the air in your attic from mixing with the rest of the house.

How it works:

Sure, everyone’s attic has ventilation, but is it done right? Our attic experts know how to ventilate, so the air you want stays in your house and the air and moisture you don’t, goes out.
In addition to improving your attic’s ventilation for energy efficiency, we will also verify that your attic meets the requirements of your local building codes for good attic ventilation.

Correct ventilation isn’t just poking holes in your attic. There’s a science to getting the best airflow.

“Since the installation of the radiant barrier shield and the extra insulation and the fans on the gable ends we have seen a huge difference in the comfort of our home.”
-D. Nevill

“I am writing to let you know that your company did a superior job in making my home more comfortable and energy efficient. The radiant barrier spray and ridge vent make it feel like a different home... really, it feels like a different home. I appreciate the professionalism and the quality of work. Thank you.”
-B. Johnson, University Park, TX

What is the benefit of attic insulation?

Heating and cooling account for more than half of the energy use in a typical U.S. home*, making it the largest energy expense for most homes. You will save on your energy costs if you reduce the amount of energy needed for heating and cooling. Insulation helps your home retain heat in cold weather and reject heat in warm seasons. *For more information visit:

Doesn't my house already have insulation?

The insulation you have may be inadequate or improperly installed. It is also possible that the R-value of your existing insulation has degraded over the years. If your home has drafty rooms, uneven temperature between rooms, high heating or cooling bills, or ice dams in winter, we recommend inspecting your insulation. Even in newer homes, additional attic insulation could save money in reduced utility bills, and those savings can continue year after year. Upgraded attic insulation may also increase the value of your home.
